A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Buy Now$2.99 USD or more

Metori is a strategy sandbox game reminiscent of older arcade games. Control many ships, and use tactics to outmaneuver and outnumber everyone else.
Build a fleet. Capture territory. Defeat your enemies.
Note: Metori is not a twin-stick shooter. It is built to be playable with one hand, making it accessible to many gamers.

Features

  • Fully fledged AI Commanders!
  • Sandbox Gameplay

Content

  • Randomly generated Asteroid fields
  • Many ship types with variants
  • 3 different commander modes
  • Campaign
  • Replayable Instant Action Missions

Please note that this won't run on new MacOSX updates. Nothing I can do about that, sadly.

so the tutorial seems to work fine, but clicking the campaign results in a vivid blank magenta screen. also, the title screen mentions that you can turn off the glitch effect in the options menu, but all i see are volume options?

this looks quite interesting though, i'm interested to see where it goes.

I've looked into this, and I'm planning to add a patch that should help with it.

The magenta screen most likely indicates that an effects shader(an overlay graphics effect) isn't supported on your computer. You might be able to have it work anyway by playing at different graphics quality? As for the options effect, I double checked and it should be visible.  It should look like this: https://i.imgur.com/ZrBRClQ.png

Hey, give this new update a try. I've added a menu option to turn off an intensive effect on the campaign screen, which should let you run through the game.

I played this game through the Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality. I'm not very good at it, but thanks for sharing!

Thank you for playing! Let me know if you have any questions!

Shows promise! There's a lot of interesting mechanics.

Thank you!

Love the style. Very evocative of Asteroid, but with a management game layer on top. Nicely done!

Thanks for playing! I really appreciate your comment!

This game is also available on steam, if you'd prefer that. You can find it in the "More Information" tab, or this link.
